Abhijeet Bhattacharya in war against female Journalist on Twitter

Abhijeet Bhattacharya who likes to be in lime light by his tweets has recently faced problem for his tweets for Female Journalist on twitter.

The singer launched an offensive after a woman journalist, among others, countered him on his views on the recent murder of an Infosys techie.

Bhattacharya, who has made insensitive and loose remarks in the past, sparked strong reactions when he wrote about the Chennai murder case giving it a communal colour. Shockingly, he claimed the incident was a case of ‘love jihad’ even as the police hasn’t said any such thing after arresting Swathi’s killer yesterday.

He tweeted stating he wants justice for a “Hindu” girl

This sparked outrage among Twitter users, including the journalist in question, Swati Chaturvedi, who suggested the singer be arrested

He then went on an offensive rant, bringing in Pakistan and making obscene personal attacks on the journalist

The journalist tagged Mumbai police in a tweet demanding action against the singer, and the latter responded

She said, “I am going to file an FIR and I hope that police will take the required action. I very strongly feel that enough is enough. We as journalists and women have been targeted enough on Twitter. I am tired of these sexual innuendos we all face.”
