But it seems the Cupertino-designed timepiece is not stopping yet. According to Patently Apple, sources inside the supply chain for the Apple Watch Series 3 say supplier revenues have reached a 23.89% year over year increase this November. The leak, reportedly, comes from Advanced Semiconductor Engineering — a main supplier for the SiP (system-in-package) that powers the Watch.
According to the sources, the Watch Series 3 is extremely popular and has been the driving force behind the increase in shipments. Speculation says that Apple is gearing up to sell 20% more watches this holiday season than it did last year. If that happens, the Apple Watch is well on its way to top its own sales record in 2018.
